Lundi 2 et mardi 3 décembre 2019 : "L'Histoire et la philosophie des théories économiques, autour du travail de Philippe Mongin" 

France Stratégie a accordé un financement de deux ans à une équipe de chercheurs du CRED composée de Marie-Noëlle LEFEBVRE, Etienne LEHMANN et Michael SICSIC pour mener un bien un projet de recherche destiné à mieux comprendre l'impact de la fiscalité du capital sur les revenus des contribuables. Le projet porte d'une part sur la fin du prélèvement forfaitaire libératoire en 2013, puis sur la mise en place du prélèvement forfaitaire unique (flat tax sur le capital) à partir de 2018.

François-Charles WOLFF (Université de Nantes) présentera mardi 19 novembre un papier intitulé "Prison, semi-liberty and recidivism: Bounding causal effects in a survival model" en salle des séminaires au CRED à 10h30.

La chaire "Finance Digitale" organise une conférence intitutlée "Big Data and Artificial Intelligence in Banking" le 7 Juin à La Banque Postale, Auditorium, 115 rue de Sèvres, 75006 Paris. Le programme se trouve ici. Inscription obligatoire auprès de la chaire "Finance Digitale".

Vendredi 17 mai à 10h30, Peter LEESON présentera un papier intitulé "Hobo Economicus" en salle des séminaires

Mardi 18 décembre 2018 - 11 h 00 - Salle Maurice DesplasLorenzo Bastianello (Paris II - Lemma) : "Choquet expected utility across time without lotteries"Abstract: In this paper we axiomatise an inter-temporal version of the Choquet Expected Utility model by recasting Koopmans Discounted Utility model in a framework with uncertainty. A new axiom, called comonotonic stationarity, is proposed as a generalization of Koopmans stationarity axiom. Under other standard axioms used in the theory of inter-temporal choice, a decision maker will evaluate a stream of income through the Choquet integral of discounted utilities. As a dividend, our setting allows to axiomatize the Discounted Expected Utility model.
